Yes, the rumours are true… we have decided as our first in-house produced series to create a Student version of the Channel 4 programme, Come Dine With Me.

We’re looking for some students who want to test their culinary skills and prove to the University population that they have what it takes to host a good night. As well as being able to cook some good grub (hopefully not literally), we want you to show us that you can have a fun filled evening and provide your guests with a great evening out!

On Monday 5th September 2011, No.1 artist Example performed in Portsmouth as part of his Club PA Tour. Luckily we managed to have access to the event, meaning we could film the performance and provide it for you guys at UPSU to enjoy!

We are currently sorting through the footage we caught, and with any luck, the content will be up within the next 2 weeks for you to relive (or enjoy for the first time) the pumped up session that thousands enjoyed live at the venue.

Keep a lookout here and on our Facebook and Twitter pages, for updates about the finished product. The evening gave the crew the first chance to film a live music event and it’s given us lots to think about for future events. Things can only get bigger and better here at UPSU TV!
