The post production manager is tasked with managing a team of editors, helping to organise their work flow and coordinate their efforts with other departments within UPSU TV. They will be responsible for helping to develop the post – production team and will also work closely with the equipment & training manager to provide a full training plan which will cater for all the varying members and skill levels within the post – production team.
They will also outline what the turnaround time is for getting raw footage edited and ready to be uploaded. They work to make sure that the process of getting the raw video ready for web is as smooth and expedient as possible.
